World-renowned speaker, author and entrepreneur Brad Sugars is the founder and CEO of ActionCOACH, the world’s number one business coaching firm with more than 1,000 offices in 26 countries.

A native-born Australian who started Action International in the back bedroom of his parents’ Brisbane home in 1993, Sugars has overseen the worldwide growth of the company that in 2006 was rebranded ActionCOACH. Over the past several years, the company has been recognized as one of the world’s fastest growing franchises in any category, as well as one of the best home-based businesses.

An accounting graduate of Queensland University in Brisbane, Sugars has owned or operated more than 30 different businesses dating back to what he describes as his first real business at age 15 – a paper route he ran by hiring his friends to actually deliver the papers.

Since then, he has owned or managed businesses ranging from a magazine and a pizza wholesaler to an insurance company and a women’s retail boutique – using a series of systemized business development tools and strategies to grow both top-line revenues and bottom-line profits.

Currently, ActionCOACH is recognized as one of the top companies of its kind, with tens of thousands of clients who have been introduced to Sugars’ methods through group coaching sessions and workshops or the company’s highly effective one-on-one coaching program.

A best-selling author of 14 books in the acclaimed “Instant Success” series published by McGraw-Hill, Sugars is also a regular contributor to Entrepreneur.com and a featured panelist for that website’s “Ask Entrepreneur” question and answer section.

He currently resides in Las Vegas, where he leads ActionCOACH from its global headquarters.
