[Atlanta, GA] – September 1st, 2009 – Elsym Consulting, Inc based in Kennesaw, Georgia, owned by Jennifer and Len Simonis won the ActionCOACH FOCUS Award for success achieved in their business during Quarter 2 in 2009. Len Simonis , CEO and Founder, of Elsym Consulting accepted the FOCUS Award. “We are thrilled to receive this recognition from ActionCOACH. We started this business in 1989. Here is our story - After college, I started working as a consultant for a large computer-consulting firm. After 10 years and lots of overtime on successful large projects, I was awarded a briefcase as my recognition. It was a nice briefcase, but I thought I could do better on my own. Seven years into the business and working 80+ hours a week, my health deteriorated. I, too, knew that I needed to make a change or life will do it for me. We met ActionCOACH Russ Young , and he presented us with that opportunity. Now, after 2 years of coaching, I am working a maximum of 8 hours a week in marketing and I am grooming a successor. Our most important accomplishment to date is that Jennifer and I are starting our own non-profit – Healing Hands Youth Ranch .” Len Simonis said.
