Dear Coach Rick,

I am so happy that Jackie Coan referred me to you when I mentioned that I needed "someone to look over my shoulder" at my business.  I had run my business for over 2 years with steady growth, but felt I needed someone to take a look at the direction I was going and help me determine if that was the best way to go.  It has been a real pleasure to meet you and get to know you.  Most importantly, your knowledge of my industry, Dog Care & Rescue, has been invaluable.

Before we began working together, I had a pretty good business sense and things were progressing pretty nicely.  But I was unsure if I was heading toward open highway or off a cliff.  I needed someone to take a look at my decisions from the past and my aspirations for the future and tell me if The Park was headed toward contiuned and greater success.  You have been able to do that and help me map out a plan for the future of The Park Pet Retreat that is very exciting.

With your encouragement, knowledge, and motivation I have added personnel, services, and income to my business.  I had been procrastinating about adding a 2nd dog groomer, but made the decision to move ahead and we have seen a 30% increase in grooming sales.  Brainstorming with you about how to inspire my staff has led me to encourage and motivate them to commit to being a part of our success rather than just employees.  We saw a 20% increase in July sales versus 2010, and are seeing a YTD increase of 12%.  With our busiest cycles coming up, we are on track for a great 2011.

Coach Rick, with your guidance and after a careful analysis, which you devised and we reviewed together, I have committed to an additional 1500 square feet in our complex to build out a phenomenal Dog Training Academy.  We are very excited about being able to offer a truly professional and varied trainning service to the community.  I probably would not have acted on this opportunity had you not been there to guide and advise me. 

Small businesses are struggling to stay afloat these days and money is tight, but inorder to be truly successful you have to invest in people and services that will help you grow.  ActionCOACH and Coacn Rick Plasket are that team.  I will be happy to share my opinion with any business that can benefit from a positive comment about your services.
