The best thing I did for my business in 2009 was to begin coaching with my ActionCOACH. From July 2009 to December 2009, I had the best 6 months I have ever had. I increased my saily sales from $2500 to $4000 per day with some months averaging $5000 per day. In December, I had the best sales month I've eve had in 24 years of dentistry. $74,000 in one month! How? By establishing good business systems and putting the right people in the right jobs. I wish I had met my ActionCOACH 3 years ago. I would have saved $60,000 I spent on dental consultants. I should have gone for consulting outside of my profession years ago.
