Success Planning

Three months ago I was at a crossroads. I had been operating a contracting business for 5 years and the only thing I had to show for it was a bunch of debt from the first 2 years when I really got off to a bad start. I had to decide whether to close the business and try to find something else to do or find someone to help me learn to run a profitable business. An associate referrd me to Action Coaching and I decided to continue the business with the help of an ActionCOACH. Some great things have happened in these first three months. The best is I have not had to ask my mother in law for money. Another is that I have hope for a profitable future and a new mind set. I am now planning to work on the business instead of in the business with the expectation that I can accomplish more with great systems and trained people than I ever did with a hammer and a paint brush.
